These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between No Football Colors, publisher of the website nofootballcolors.com (hereinafter "the Seller"), and any individual making a purchase on the website (hereinafter "the Customer").
Any purchase on the website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
The Seller offers the following products for sale: t-shirts, hoodies, caps, pins and scarves.
Products are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, in the event of an error or omission in the presentation, the Seller's liability cannot be engaged.
Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only and have no contractual value.
Prices are displayed in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, it being understood that the price applicable to an order is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Shipping costs are indicated separately and summarised before final order confirmation.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom a dispute exists regarding payment of a previous order.
Purchases are paid for online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Shopify Payments, a secure payment solution.
All transactions are encrypted and secured. The Seller does not store any banking data relating to the Customer.
The card is charged at the time the order is confirmed.
Delivery areas
The Seller ships its products to mainland France and to countries within the European Union.
Delivery times
3 to 5 business days for France, 5 to 10 business days for the EU.
Delivery times are provided as estimates. A delivery delay shall not give rise to any penalty or order cancellation, unless the maximum legal period of 30 days is exceeded.
Shipping costs
Home delivery in France: between €7.99 and €16.99 depending on cart size
Collection point delivery in France: between €5.99 and €7.99 depending on cart size
Home delivery abroad: between €15.99 and €28.99 depending on cart size
Receipt
Delivery is handled by the Seller from France. The Customer is required to check the condition of the parcel upon receipt and to report any anomaly to the carrier and the Seller as soon as possible.
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.
Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise this right, the Customer must notify the Seller of their decision by email at contact@nofc.fr before the 14-day period expires.
The Customer then has a further 14 days to return the relevant product(s).
Return conditions
Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with their tags attached. Return shipping costs are the Customer's responsibility.
Refund
The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned products, using the same payment method as the one used for the original order.
In accordance with Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer benefits from the legal warranty of conformity for defective or non-conforming products, as well as the legal warranty against hidden defects as set out in Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.
When invoking the legal warranty of conformity, the Customer may choose between repair or replacement of the product. If neither is possible, the Customer may obtain a refund.
The Seller shall not be held liable for non-performance of the contract in cases of force majeure, disruption or strike of postal services and means of transport, or any other event beyond its control.

These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
